Sati Pasala Programme for Pregnant Mothers at Pamunuwa Base Hospital

Sati Pasala programme was organized to pregnant mothers at Pamunuwa Base Hospital on 23rd of January 2019. About 35 pregnant mothers along with their husbands attended the programme which was conducted by most Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma Thero. Several mindful activities were conducted by mindful facilitators to introduce the concept of mindfulness.
